Welcome to Flours Bee Wild, where we believe that honest, delicious food starts with a deep respect for every ingredient. As a small, Florida-based cottage food business, we pour our heart and soul into every loaf, cake, and pastry, ensuring everything is always gluten-free.

You can trust that what you’re buying is made with care. We meticulously select and source our ingredients, using organic and non-GMO products wherever possible. The only exceptions are teff flour and our locally sourced Raw Florida honey, which both maintain our commitment to non-GMO standards. Our honey is a true star in our bakes—not only does it add a unique, regional flavor, but it also plays a vital role in our local ecosystem, helping to pollinate Florida’s unique native plants and many of our most valuable crops.

We’ve found that with high-quality ingredients like these, we simply don’t need to use gums to achieve the perfect texture and rise. What truly sets our bakes apart is our flour. We believe in getting as close to the source as possible, which is why we fresh-mill many of our flours ourselves, including buckwheat, millet, oats, sweet brown rice, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds. This hands-on process guarantees a freshness and unique flavor that you won’t find anywhere else. It’s a labor of love that ensures the highest quality in every bite.
